These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skiltrio platform at skiltrio.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The Service

Skiltrio provides AI-powered job description analysis for HR professionals and developers. The platform accepts job description text as input and returns structured output including extracted skills, hiring risk scores, interview questions, salary benchmarks, and resume gap analysis. Output is generated by large language models and is intended as an assistive tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

2. Account Registration

You must register with a valid email address and select a role (HR or Developer) at sign-up. Your role determines which analysis outputs and interface features are available to you. Role cannot be changed after registration. If you need a different role, you must register a new account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at support@skiltrio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

Free Plan

5 job description analyses per month. No payment required. Usage resets automatically every 30 days.

Monthly Plan

20 analyses per month. Billed in INR via Razorpay. Renews monthly. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Yearly Plan

Unlimited analyses. Billed annually in INR via Razorpay. Access expires at the end of the annual period unless renewed.

Analyses that hit the Redis cache (identical JD text within 24 hours) do not count against your monthly quota.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorise Razorpay to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the platform was materially unavailable or non-functional during your billing period. To request a refund, contact support@skiltrio.com with your payment ID.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

✕Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights.
✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or model outputs at scale.
✕Use automated scripts to exceed your plan's rate limits or circumvent usage quotas.
✕Share your account credentials to allow multiple users to benefit from a single subscription.
✕Submit personally identifiable information of others (e.g. candidate data) without their consent.
✕Use the platform's output to make final employment decisions without independent human review.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Analysis output is generated by AI language models and validated against structured schemas. It is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. Skiltrio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Hiring decisions, salary offers, and candidate assessments must always involve qualified human judgment. Skiltrio is not liable for employment outcomes based on platform output.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the job descriptions and resumes you submit. By submitting content, you grant Skiltrio a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the analysis service to you.

The Skiltrio platform, including its UI, prompts, schemas, and analysis pipeline, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skiltrio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or hiring outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@skiltrio.com. Active subscriptions are not refunded on voluntary termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
